Join the “Fight the Bee Fundraiser” campaign to raise money for the Lukla Hospital in Nepal. The July 9 event will be held in Toronto, Ontario at the Carlton at 10:30 am local time. The afternoon will feature a theater screening of Fight the Future in blu-ray, a silicone bracelet commemorating the event, and a raffle ticket, all for a $30 donation.

The Lukla Hospital is located in the upper reaches of the Khumbu Valley and provides medical aide to the individuals who occupy the remote areas on the slopes of Everest. This area has the third highest infant and mother mortality rate in the world. Funding to keep the hospital functional come from the Niquille Pasang Foundation based in Switzerland.
