Speaker Wyss on Thursday visited Pasang Lhamu Nicole Niquille Hospital, a community hospital operating at the gateway of Mt. Everest. The 25-bed hospital serving locals of Khumbu region since Oct. 2005 was established with the financial and technical contribution of Swiss mountain guide Nicole Niquille. Addressing a function, Wyss said the construction of hospital by a Swiss national in Nepal shows there is a close relationship between the people of Nepal and Switzerland.
